Associate Professor Samad Sepasgozar is an academic at the University of New South Wales (UNSW, ranked Top 19 globally), specializing in sustainable technology development. He is the sole author of the book Quantum Cities and AI-Powered Metaverses and has authored other scholarly books and papers published in top journals. Recognized by The Australian as a field leader in architecture, computer science, and engineering, he is also ranked among the top 50 in his field globally and listed among the top 2% of researchers worldwide by Stanford University. Additionally, he has been honored as one of the World's Top 1% Reviewers by Publons, Web of Science. Associate Professor Sepasgozar has held key leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Research, Associate Editor for the Journal of Architectural Engineering (ASCE, USA), and Academic Editor for Scientific Reports (Nature). He has reviewed for over 60 prestigious journals and served as a lead assessor for national research projects across various countries.
